By accessing or using AudioRoute ("the Software") and our website at audio-route.com ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

AudioRoute is a desktop application that captures system audio and routes it into digital audio workstations (DAWs) such as Ableton Live and FL Studio. The Software is available for Windows and macOS.

3. Purchases & Payments

All purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, and sales tax/VAT compliance on our behalf. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service and buyer terms.

4. License

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AudioRoute on the number of devices specified by your plan. You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Software.

5. Responsible Use

AudioRoute is a general-purpose audio capture utility. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AudioRoute complies with applicable laws and the terms of service of any platform from which you capture audio.

In particular:

  • Copyrighted material. Capturing copyrighted audio may infringe copyright depending on your jurisdiction and use case. You are responsible for ensuring that any audio you capture is used in a way that respects applicable copyright law and the rights of the copyright holder.
  • DRM-protected sources. Capturing audio from sources protected by digital rights management may violate the terms of service of the platform providing that content and, in some jurisdictions, applicable anti-circumvention law. You are responsible for understanding what restrictions apply to the sources you capture from.
  • Recording other parties. Recording conversations (including video calls, voice calls, online meetings) may require the consent of all participants depending on the jurisdiction of each participant. You are responsible for obtaining whatever consent is required before recording any conversation involving other people.
  • Private or confidential material. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to record any audio you capture, including audio that may be private, confidential, or subject to non-disclosure obligations.

Arvital Soft d.o.o. provides AudioRoute as a tool. We do not monitor, review, store, or have any visibility into the audio you capture or how you use it. The legality of your use is solely your responsibility. Use of AudioRoute to violate applicable law or third-party rights is not authorised by these Terms and is at your own risk.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with AudioRoute, you may request a full refund within this period by contacting us at support@audio-route.com. Refunds are processed by Paddle.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with AudioRoute and the Website are owned by us. You may not use our branding, name, or materials without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

AudioRoute is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all hardware or software configurations. Audio routing involves interaction with operating system audio subsystems, and results may vary depending on your setup.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of AudioRoute, including but not limited to loss of data, audio recordings, or profits.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software or Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Website or email.
